Common questions

My prayer times are different from my mosque. Open More → Settings → Prayer Times. Choose the calculation method your mosque uses, set the Asr school (Hanafi or Shafi'i), and use Adjustments to shift any prayer by a few minutes.

The adhan didn't play. Open More → Notification Health. It checks your notification and alarm permissions and how many alerts are scheduled. Also check that Salsabil is allowed under Settings → Notifications, and that alarms (adhan) are allowed under Settings → Salsabil.

The Qibla compass looks wrong. Hold your phone flat, away from metal, magnets and electronics. If you see a calibration hint, move your phone in a figure-8 until it disappears.

How do I restore my purchase? Open More → Salsabil Premium → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Salsabil.

Is my data private? Yes. Salsabil has no ads, no tracking and no accounts. Prayer times are calculated on your device, your worship data stays on your device (and in your own iCloud, only if you turn on Premium's iCloud sync), and your location is never shared with us. Read the privacy policy.
