Salsabil Terms of Use

Salsabil is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), together with the terms below.
Prayer times, Qibla and religious content
- Prayer times are astronomical calculations based on your location and the settings you choose: calculation method, Asr school, high-latitude rule and adjustments. Different mosques and authorities use different methods. Please confirm times with your local mosque, especially for Fajr, Isha and fasting times.
- The Qibla direction depends on your device's compass, which can be affected by metal, magnets and calibration. Please confirm the Qibla with other means when it matters.
- The Quran text and its translation come from established, credited sources (listed on the Credits screen in the app) and are presented without modification. Duas and hadith are taken from credited sources and may be shortened to the relevant words. Translations convey meaning and are not the Quran itself.
- Salsabil does not issue religious rulings (fatwa). For questions of fiqh, consult a qualified scholar.
Salsabil Premium
- The Quran, prayer times, adhan, Qibla and adhkar are free. Premium adds optional extras.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start a free trial, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed prayers, alarms or notifications, or for losses resulting from use of the app. We work hard to make adhan alerts reliable, but iOS settings, Focus modes, low battery and device conditions can affect delivery.
